1. Eligibility

This offer is available to clubs based in the United Kingdom only.

This promotion is not available to organisations outside of the UK.

2. Offer Overview

The “3 Deals in 1” promotion includes:

Deal 1: a free 30-day trial via a Player Bundle return
Deal 2: a price match on a like-for-like competitor quote
Deal 3: a minimum 1-year contract, with flexible monthly payments and the option to pause from year 2 onwards

In addition, clubs may qualify for a 15% discount on the Year 1 price by completing the price estimator before the stated deadline.

3. Minimum Order Requirement

To qualify for this offer, clubs must order a minimum of 15 trackers.

Orders below 15 trackers are not eligible for this promotion.

4. Deal 1 – Free 30-Day Trial

The free trial is provided through a Player Bundle return process.

The club will be sent a Player Bundle, along with a return bag and return label.

To activate the 30-day trial, the club must provide a valid credit card.

If the club does not wish to continue after the trial, it is their responsibility to:

Cancel the subscription before the 30-day trial period ends, and return the tracker using the return bag and label provided.

If the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the trial period, charges may apply.

If the tracker is not returned, additional charges may also apply.

5. Deal 2 – Price Match Guarantee

We will match a like-for-like quote from a competitor, subject to the following conditions:

The quote must be in writing and valid at the time of submission.

The comparison must be for equivalent products, features, and service levels.

We reserve the right to verify the competitor quote and determine eligibility.

Price matching is applied at our discretion and may not be combined with other discounts unless stated.

6. Deal 3 – Contract Term & Flexibility

The minimum contract term is 12 months.

The full payment for Year 1 is taken upfront.

From Year 2 onwards:

Clubs may switch to monthly payments

Clubs may pause their subscription when needed, subject to applicable terms

Flexible payment and pause options apply only from Year 2 and do not affect the initial 12-month commitment.

7. 15% Discount Offer (Price Estimator Incentive)

Clubs who complete the price estimator on or before 31st May will qualify for a 15% discount on the Year 1 price shown within the estimator.

This offer:

Can be redeemed at any time during the 2026 calendar year.

Is linked to the original estimate provided.

Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and the original estimate submission.

8. Subscription and Activation

The subscription begins from the point of activation.

Access to the platform, analytics and services is only available while the subscription remains active and payments are up to date.

9. Equipment Responsibility

The club is responsible for all equipment supplied during the trial and contract period.

Lost, damaged or unreturned items may be charged at replacement cost.

10. Cancellation and Early Termination

Trial cancellations must be completed before the end of the 30-day trial period

Equipment must be returned if the club does not proceed.

11. Availability

This offer is subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.

12. General

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless agreed in writing.
